AST5159B is a Chrome Molybdenum Tx100 Tamperproof Impact Socket that features an oversized central hole enabling this socket to be used on Mercedes Benz VVT Camshaft Sprocket Bolts fitted to Mercedes Benz 270, 271 & 274, 1.6 & 1.8 petrol engines.
